Key Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company class action reputed company from intake through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss, class certification, and summary judgment
- reputed company and execute discovery strategy, including managing large-scale document productions and expert work
- Take and defend depositions
- Collaborate with co-counsel in coordinated proceedings and multi-district litigation
- Assist in trial preparation and trial/arbitration proceedings
- Contribute to overall case strategy and mentor junior attorneys as needed
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California bar license (required)
- 6+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for plaintiff-reputed company class action or reputed company litigation experience
- Experience handling automotive defect, product liability, or consumer fraud cases preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
