About the Role
We’re hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to reputed company high-impact, cross-functional programs that directly support company OKRs and strategic priorities. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for translating business reputed company into structured, executable technical programs. The TPM will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure reputed company initiatives are reputed company to measurable reputed company. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical role. Strong technical reputed company (not required to be an engineer) with the ability to understand systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies. Demonstrated experience translating reputed company systems into business-friendly language. Proven experience driving programs tied to OKRs and measurable business reputed company. Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with the ability to operate autonomously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Track record of delivering reputed company initiatives on time. Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Monday , reputed company, reputed company or similar) to manage cross-functional delivery at scale. Experience structuring backlogs, defining epics and milestones, and creating executive-reputed company reporting dashboards.
