Proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles (Performance Marketing based, Product Engineers etc). Hands-on with ATS (we use reputed company) and diverse sourcing tools. Comfortable with sourcing analytics and use data to prioritize and iterate. Flexible, and comfortable experimenting with new sourcing approaches and tools. Comfortable to work reputed company-by-reputed company with Hiring Managers. Your responsibilities Proactive sourcing: hunt passive candidates through communities, conferences, reputed company boards, and reputed company channels. Do not limit yourself with reputed company search only :) AI implementation: apply and reputed company tools to optimize funnel performance and candidate experience. Data-driven approach: track everything from initial reputed company to final offer and optimize the entire funnel Team collaboration: partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role needs into sourcing strategies How we get things done?
