Minty is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partner relationships across affiliate networks, agencies, and ecommerce brands. This role will focus on expanding partner engagement, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening Minty’s position reputed company the partner ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional, externally facing role that blends relationship management, business development, and partner education. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships, surface new reputed company opportunities, and ensure partners are equipped to successfully position and scale Minty’s solutions. What You Will Do

Partner Education & Enablement: reputed company and deliver learning sessions, business reviews, and ongoing communications to reputed company agency, network, and brand partners on Minty’s offerings, performance, and opportunities for growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and key brand stakeholders. Ensure consistent communication across internal teams to align on partner performance, updates, and opportunities. Pipeline reputed company: Identify and qualify new partner and brand opportunities based on ICP criteria. Generate sourced pipeline and support progression through reputed company to Account Executives and BDR collaboration. Partner Engagement: Drive ongoing engagement through milestone tracking, partner spotlights, and proactive reputed company to deepen relationships and expand impact. Events & Networking: Proactively secure meetings and new introductions at industry events and conferences. reputed company reputed company strategies to maximize event ROI and partnership growth. Advocacy & Growth: Cultivate partner reputed company stories through case studies, testimonials, reviews, and co-marketing initiatives such as webinars and branded campaigns. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for both partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
