Job Description

Summary: The Manager, reputed company Estate Portfolio is an individual contributor responsible for lease administration, reputed company estate portfolio analytics, market and financial analysis, growth and optimization strategy support, and landlord-responsible repair and maintenance (R&M) governance across the reputed company reputed company estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Facilities Management, this role partners closely with Construction, Design, Facilities Management, Strategic Operations, Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and external reputed company estate partners to support data-driven decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term portfolio sustainability. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Job Description: ​ Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company leases, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and critical date tracking. Maintain accurate lease abstracts, documentation, notices, rent schedules, and option deadlines. Coordinate with Legal and Finance to support lease execution, compliance, and audit readiness Own portfolio data accuracy across reputed company locations including lease terms, occupancy costs, expiration schedules, and site status reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for renewals, relocations, closures, and reputed company-looking decision points. Identify lease execution reputed company risks and mitigate impacts to construction, relocations, and operational timelines Support growth and optimization initiatives through market analysis, territory reviews, site strategy development, and site selection support Research demographics, competitive landscape, reputed company, visibility, labor conditions, and market trends to inform decision-making. Prepare comparative analyses and recommendations for renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and exits. Prepare detailed financial analyses and pro formas evaluating rent, CAM, concessions, tenant improvement allowances, and long-term occupancy cost impacts. Partner with Finance to align reputed company estate assumptions with budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. Track landlord R&M costs, credits, and reimbursements ensuring financial accountability, recovery, and audit readiness Maintain reporting and audit trails for landlord R&M activity including response times, resolution status, and financial reputed company.
