You can learn more about reputed company, Culture and Values here: https://careers.reputed company.com/us/en Reporting to the Head of Payments, the Payments Project Manager is responsible for the structured delivery of discrete payments projects and initiatives across the EverHealth portfolio. You will receive project direction from Payments leadership, then own the execution: building workplans, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and closing out projects with clear, documented reputed company. This role does not own payments strategy, program design, or customer reputed company architecture—it owns execution.

Responsibilities

Execute payments projects end-to-end—translate leadership-defined scope and objectives into detailed project plans and workback schedules, assign task ownership, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives to completion with clear deliverables and measurable reputed company Manage a portfolio of reputed company projects—including backbook campaigns, processor transitions, integration improvements, enablement rollouts, and workflow optimizations Maintain rigorous project tracking: own status reporting, milestone monitoring, risk and issue logs, and escalation paths; proactively surface blockers and solutions reputed company cross-functional project teams across Payments, reputed company, Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support establishing clear RACI, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment at every phase of delivery Run structured project kick-offs, working sessions, and retrospectives; document reputed company, action items, and lessons learned to improve future project delivery Support payments process improvement projects—document reputed company-state workflows, surface gaps and inefficiencies to leadership, and project-manage the implementation of approved process changes across teams Project-manage the build-out and launch of payments enablement deliverables—coordinate contributors, manage timelines, and ensure on-schedule delivery of playbooks and internal guidance materials developed by subject matter experts Identify and escalate system gaps, tooling issues, and data problems impacting payments project delivery; support leadership in scoping remediation efforts once direction is set Track and report project reputed company against defined KPIs and milestones; surface post-project findings to leadership to inform future delivery planning Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a reputed company field; equivalent practical experience considered 2-5 years of experience: fintech, or SaaS operations experience strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering reputed company, cross-functional projects end-to-end on scope, on time, and with measurable reputed company Strong project management skills: project scoping, workplan development, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, RACI definition, and stakeholder communication; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification a plus Experience with payments systems, platforms, processors, and reputed company/activation workflows Hands-on expertise with reputed company (or similar CRM) and ability to identify system gaps and work with admins on solutions Proficiency with project management tooling (e.g., reputed company, reputed company etc); ability to build and maintain workplans, dashboards, and status trackers that reputed company teams reputed company Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate payments concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences Analytical reputed company with comfort working with data and metrics Proven ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional results Payments, fintech, or SaaS background strongly preferred Where: The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
