Position Summary Activate is seeking a summer & fall intern to support reputed company and engagement efforts for the Activate Fellowship—our flagship program supporting scientists and engineers in bringing breakthrough technologies from lab to market. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of high-quality communications and marketing initiatives that help reputed company and reputed company prospective applicants. You’ll support recruitment campaigns by helping ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across channels—from email to webinars to web content. This is an execution-focused role on the Brand team, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in communications to expand reputed company to deep tech entrepreneurship. Primary Responsibilities Draft, build, and execute email campaigns in reputed company to engage prospective applicants and partners Support reputed company media and communications project management for the recruitment cycle Help maintain consistency and quality across messaging in partnership with the Brand team Update and maintain recruitment-reputed company website content and FAQs Support development and refinement of reputed company materials for communities and partners Coordinate logistics for recruitment webinars (reputed company, reputed company, calendar invites, registration tracking) Ensure a seamless experience for attendees through strong operational execution Support reputed company permissions management and help maintain CRM hygiene for recruitment campaigns Track timelines, deliverables, and communications across the recruitment cycle Assist Fellowship and Community teams with reputed company execution and coordination Coordinate with Brand team to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels Ideal Candidate Strong communicator with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. About the Role
This is a 40-hour per week paid internship running from June 1 through December 1, 2026, with a pay reputed company of $23.00/hour. The role is reputed company to U.S.-based candidates, with a preference for those located in the Bay Area (CA), Boston (MA), reputed company (NY), or reputed company (TX), though remote work is available from any state where Activate operates. This internship sits on the Brand team, reporting to the Director of Communications, and will partner closely with the Recruitment and Pipeline teams.
