Role Summary: The Sales Engineer for Western Canada is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners, with a focus on the control valve reputed company of the business. reputed company in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with a wide reputed company of personalities, and strong organizational habits to manage multiple accounts, reports, and follow‑up activities. The Sales Engineer must be reputed company to learn and understand the technical specifications of Flowserve’s control valve products in order to effectively support customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams. This role involves frequent customer interaction, travel throughout Western Canada, and reputed company collaboration with application engineering, customer service, and other sales channels to ensure customer needs are met and bookings targets are achieved. Location: Western Canada. Travel requirement: Up to 70%. Responsibilities: Drive bookings reputed company to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings goal Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in Western Canada Drive new business reputed company and implement marketing plans and effective account strategies reputed company with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals Create and implement pursuit strategies for each reputed company regional account Serve customers as a primary contact for reputed company business dealings, ensuring reputed company customer concerns are being addressed including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims, etc. reputed company customers on the quality, features and uses of our products through the full use of the company’s marketing materials Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customers’ needs are met Maintain organized records, including regular reports, quotes, status, actuals, expenses, etc. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Multiple years experience in Sales with reputed company control or industrial equipment such as control valves Experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical industries Training in sales techniques, negotiations and business finance Demonstrated skills in leading meetings, including setting agendas, preparing, facilitating discussions and assigning follow-up activities Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business reputed company, particularly return on investment in support of solution selling Strong verbal and written communication skills reputed company to work independently, reputed company and communicate productively with others Some physical activity required, such as walking large customer sites, lifting at least 50 lbs, and reputed company/descending reputed company and staircases in multi-story facilities Skilled at product demonstrations, presentations and business writing Proficient in technology such as reputed company Office, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company Preferred: BS or BA Degree in relevant field Knowledge of the design and operational requirements of control and isolation valves, instrumentation and reputed company equipment Ability to reputed company root cause failure analysis and communicate results Project management experience is a plus Benefits: Flowserve offers reputed company, sales incentives, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays and many other excellent benefits.
