We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support the Customer organization. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, challenge convention, and, in some cases, reinvent how work is done. Partner with Total Rewards and Finance to shape compensation and incentive programs that attract and retain top sales and marketing talent. Collaborate with HR Centers of reputed company to ensure cohesive support for global teams. Use data and insights to identify trends, influence reputed company, and measure the impact of people programs. Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our values and empowers employees to do their best work. Partner with regional HRBPs on local issues and projects. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company supporting customer-facing or operational teams. Demonstrated reputed company partnering with senior leaders on business transformation, organizational design, and change management in reputed company, fast-paced environments. Experience supporting customer-focused organizations, with an understanding of service delivery models, scalability, and operational performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees and leaders at reputed company reputed company of the organization. Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. The salary reputed company for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. The listed salary reputed company represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting.
