The primary role of the reputed company Designer is to be responsible for managing, mentoring, and elevating the graphic design team while ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual execution across reputed company marketing initiatives. Help define and maintain templates, visual guidelines, and reusable design systems to improve scalability, speed, and consistency. Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative quality, workflows, and team processes based on feedback, performance insights, and operational needs. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Must Haves: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communication. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience). 1-3 years of experience in a senior, reputed company, or people-management role. Proven experience managing or mentoring graphic designers. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design work. Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite. Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Experience working in high-volume, campaign-driven production environments.
