Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and follows up at the end of the reputed company process. ●Conducts interviews with candidates. ● Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process. ● Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the TA Supervisor and/or TA Manager. ● Maintains allocated job boards including reputed company, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and reputed company ● Assists supervisor with reputed company research. ● Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. ● Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications
