WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS The Automotive OEM Manager serves as reputed company’s strategic ambassador to major automotive OEMs across reputed company America, driving high‑impact partnerships and shaping the future of our materials portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will expand market reputed company, influence product innovation, and reputed company cross‑functional teams to win new programs and accelerate growth. You’ll be at the center of OEM strategy, relationship-building, and reputed company application development. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build, deepen, and manage strategic relationships across assigned automotive OEMs and key Tier One suppliers, serving as reputed company’s primary reputed company and technical liaison. Define and execute OEM strategies—leading cross‑functional, cross‑regional teams to drive new product introductions, secure approvals, and win new programs. Identify and reputed company new applications and business opportunities, guiding projects from concept through reputed company launch at OEMs and their tiers. Gather industry insights, analyze trends, and translate OEM needs into compelling business cases and product requirements. Coordinate submissions, platform launch tracking, and program follow‑through in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers, Business Managers, and Distribution partners. Act as a critical link to technical teams—including R&D, Innovation, and Technical Marketing—to ensure alignment and successful application development at OEMs. Monitor competitive activity, deliver monthly performance reporting and KPIs, and manage travel, budget, and CRM documentation. Salary reputed company $115,100 - $172,700 per year. The posted salary reputed company reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based reputed company, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to reputed company salary.

Minimum 7 years of sales, technical, marketing, OEM development, or business development experience in the plastics industry—preferably supplying the automotive sector. Minimum 5 years of dedicated Automotive OEM management experience with demonstrated reputed company securing programs and approvals.
