Ideal candidates will have experience in home care, reputed company staffing, or caregiver coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities
- reputed company scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care environment
- reputed company reputed company cases fully staffed and running smoothly each day
- Respond quickly to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs
- Pair the right caregivers with the right clients
- Stay in constant communication with caregivers, clients, and your team
- reputed company schedules accurate and up to date in scheduling systems
Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- 1–2+ years of experience in home care, reputed company staffing, or scheduling coordination, preferred
- Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong communication
- Comfortable using scheduling systems (reputed company is a big plus!)
- Strong reputed company Office skills (reputed company, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to stay organized and reputed company under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
