Key Responsibilities
Terraform: prior hands-on experience (or readiness to reputed company the gap quickly); SRE fundamentals: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems; Go/Python: write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (Go preferred); Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations; GCP Basic: deploying small tasks on reputed company Run/Functions. BigQuery; Incident recording and participation in resolution; Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical); ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product; ability to identify bottlenecks; Communication (English B2+): running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers. reputed company to have: Experience with reputed company reputed company (GCF); Experience in fintech Knowledge of Kubernetes components.
