The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company on a night and weekend shift. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, helping them set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any concerns they may have. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues
