The Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering reputed company-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers reputed company email and live chat. You will also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. Your creativity and innovative problem-solving skills will be essential in dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• reputed company to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
