Job Description
As an reputed company Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers experiencing issues with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices.
Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of streaming services and their features
- Utilize technical support skills to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
Requirements for Remote Work:
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
