Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with retired members or family members to discuss retiree benefits, utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts reputed company handling different topics
  • Researching participant accounts to reputed company accurate and efficient responses
  • Addressing basic questions or issues, keeping accurate records of reputed company conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Performing tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates

  • Facilitating clear and accurate exchange of information to callers, ensuring quality and accuracy of tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience minimum working in an office setting taking inbound calls
  • Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Quality and accuracy of tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Public Trust clearance (background reputed company/FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
