Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team as Clinical Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company. You'll respond to customer inquiries, reputed company information regarding reputed company aspects of the members' association with arenaflex, and play an integral role in supporting reputed company's mission.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • reputed company the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log
  • Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
  • reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to reputed company timely responses
  • Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
  • Document reputed company calls appropriately
  • Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Remote Work Considerations

As a remote worker, you'll need to have:

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:
