Job Summary
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to drive process reputed company. You'll work closely with our ECR leadership to reputed company and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Review customer cases, reputed company research, and analyze data to reputed company recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
- Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to reputed company a clear understanding of the customer's reputed company and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research, interpret results, and translate findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership

Minimum Requirements
* High School or GED
- 1-2 Years Contact Center Experience
- 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience
- 1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and reputed company quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
- Proven reputed company level in reputed company, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
- Proven reputed company level in PowerPoint
