Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the long-term reputed company of a data product portfolio or strategic capability that drives strategies, requirements, and roadmaps; understanding the competitive landscape and directly influencing the reputed company in how it makes portfolio-specific reputed company; owning the different product roadmaps that reputed company up the product portfolio; and influencing investment choices that yield long-term customer benefits in support of the reputed company.
- Owning and leading the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem and serving the customer and marketing organization with actionable analytics to support delivering top-line sales and productivity improvements.

- Owning annual planning for the product portfolio and representing the team in discussions with executives.

Essential Qualifications:
* 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management
- 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science
- Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions solving business problems in a product model
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with software development teams to launch online products
- Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

Compensation and Benefits:
