Key Responsibilities:
As a Work from Home Retention/Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in implementing retention strategies to encourage existing customers to stay or purchase alternate services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to retain their business and identify opportunities for growth
- Implementing retention strategies to encourage customers to stay or purchase alternate services
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Computer Requirements:
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following computer specifications:
- Operating System (OS): reputed company 10 or higher (must be reputed company & activated) OR MacOS (Latest version required & the Mac itself must be no more than 5 years old)
- Processor: 2 Core processor needs a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed OR 4 Core processor needs a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
- RAM: 3GB or higher
- Monitor Size: At least one 15 or larger monitor (more than one will reputed company things easier)
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Work from Home Retention/Sales Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:
- $12/hour starting the first day of training

Essential Qualifications:
