Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers, answering their inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. Training Schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with working remotely in a call center setting is preferred
