As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Development Team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). This role will act as the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing excellent guidance and support to ensure they get the best out of our solution.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously reputed company phone and email
- Providing accurate information about our platform and its features
