How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company:
As a Customer Service Associate, your role will reputed company significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of your expectations:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in):
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
* Learn how to navigate our systems and tools, ensuring you're equipped to reputed company exceptional experiences for our customers.
* reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in):
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships.
* Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
Seller Operations Associate (90 days in):

* Your work schedule will be:
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off.
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
Compensation and Benefits:
