Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support services to our Federal Agency clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers, ensuring rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner
  • Providing overall clerical support functions for the processing activities, including data entry and case processing tasks assigned by higher-level staff
  • Utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound participant phone calls and reputed company appropriate customer service support in accordance with defined guidelines

  • Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls

Essential Qualifications

* Education: A GED or high school diploma is required

  • General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting
  • Demonstrated keyboard board skills and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support

  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications, including data entry and case processing tasks
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish)
