Key Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our operations. Some of your key duties may include:
- Receiving and processing inventory, including putting away stock and preparing orders for shipment
- Selecting, packing, and shipping orders, including handling customer returns and Prime Now deliveries
- Using scanners to read bar codes on products and view prompts on screens to follow instructions
- Troubleshooting problems and ensuring that products meet quality requirements
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and going up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), and adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
