Primary Responsibilities
As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers reputed company phone or in-person, providing timely and friendly support to resolve their inquiries and concerns

Key Skills and Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and information
