As an reputed company Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll be the face of our brand, embodying our values of discovery, excitement, and inclusivity. With a strong focus on customer service, you'll be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience, while also exercising sound judgment in decision-making to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and the protection of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty

  • Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
  • Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance reputed company and customer confidence
  • Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Establish and maintain a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
  • Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
