Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Caremark Member Operations division, where you'll play a vital role in delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including explaining coverage options and helping them navigate the reputed company system
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company seamless support to our members
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
