About the Role:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our airport locations. You'll be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental or return process, providing top-notch service, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting customers at exit gates or reputed company-in points
- Enter information into handheld devices and process transactions accurately and reputed company

* Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
