Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to reputed company exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
• Troubleshooting any issues and escalating reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
• Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and reputed company guidance as needed.
• Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring reputed company communication with customers and internal team members.
• Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at reputed company times.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal team members.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to manage a moderate call volume and administrative tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain reputed company under pressure to resolve customer issues and escalate reputed company necessary.

Work Environment
