Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients

Application Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
