Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, reputed company-5pm. As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• reputed company excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelor's Degree

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate reputed company and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy reputed company, email, internet, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
