Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote team, providing clinical support to our members reputed company. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of the members' association with arenaflex. Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

• Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
• reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

• Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills

Remote Work Considerations

As a remote customer service representative, you'll need to:
