As a remote Customer Support Agent, you will be an integral part of our tele-reputed company efforts, working closely with reputed company to ensure the reputed company of our blood donation programs.

Job Duties

As an reputed company Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of tele-reputed company functions in support of our defined goals for the Division
• Contacting blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
• Using information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donors, update donor records as needed, and record reputed company of calls
• Scheduling appointments while providing positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Following a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience
• Maintaining daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals
• Developing a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates
• Maintaining accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability
• May reputed company new leads and implement new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor reputed company and an adequate blood supply
• Responding to or transferring inbound calls to the appropriate party
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience
• Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to quickly and reputed company meet donor service needs
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal communication skills, the ability to work with potentially difficult customers, and work in a fast-paced call center

Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

Our training program is designed to ensure your reputed company in this role. The training schedule is as follows:

• Week 1: In-house training at our office

+ Monday: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm + Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

• Week 2: Remote learning (Nesting/OJT) at home

+ Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

• Week 3: Continue remote learning (Nesting/OJT) at home

+ Monday - Thursday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm + Friday: Production day, resume reputed company-Thursday schedule

• Actual work schedules after 3 weeks of training completed:

+ Full-time: reputed company: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
