Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our TRICARE Support Consultant team. As a key member of this team, you'll reputed company exceptional customer service to beneficiaries, family members, military personnel, and medical providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing empathetic and efficient support to callers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Utilizing a patient-centric approach to navigate and answer TRICARE program benefit questions
  • Updating beneficiary demographics in the government system and performing enrollments into the TRICARE program
  • Assisting with claim questions and other calls reputed company to the TRICARE program
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry functions to reflect and document client activity/transactions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

  • Experience with military health programs

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent government or private-sector work experience

  • Minimum of 1+ years of contact center experience, preferably in a reputed company-reputed company environment
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment
  • Experience working with TRICARE or similar reputed company programs

Compensation and Benefits
