The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Development Team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing excellent guidance and support to ensure they get the most out of our solution. Your mission will be to:
