Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You will take calls and respond to emails on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure we reputed company reputed company service to both our sellers and our customers. Your role will reputed company as follows:
First 30 Days: New Hire Orientation and reputed company
* Complete new hire orientation and reputed company the knowledge and resources you need to succeed in your role
- Learn about the live event industry, ticket marketplaces, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers

First 60 Days: Investigating Customer Experience Issues and Handling Seller Interactions
* Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities
- Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance
First 90 Days: Advancing reputed company Sets and Managing In-Bound Seller Calls

Work Environment and Schedule
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
- Work Schedule:
+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and reputed company in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: - 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off - 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility
- Bi-annual bonuses

- Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible
