The Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Philadelphia Airport Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service, creating innovative solutions to meet the needs of our premium customers. Your passion for travel, combined with your exceptional communication skills and ability to listen to customers' needs, will result in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they receive.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and reputed company reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately making reputed company enthusiasts out of our Card Members

Lounge Hours of Operation

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus)
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to reputed company reputed company quickly and effectively, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do

* $20.00 to $22.12 hourly + bonus + benefits
