Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on reputed company Ads. You will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will need to be reputed company to work autonomously and be self-directed. You must be willing to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or reputed company if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients through our reputed company project management system
• Manage reputed company ad campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization

• reputed company graphic design tasks using reputed company or similar platforms
• Assist with general administration tasks as required by the CEO
• Coordinate tasks with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• reputed company Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, strategy, and optimization

• Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know reputed company to ask for help
• Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
• Graphic design skills using reputed company or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications
