What You'll Be Doing

As an reputed company Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll join a tech support team in a call center to help our Fios customers with their voice, data, and video services. You'll be the go-to expert for customers with questions or issues, providing exceptional technical support and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports
• Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
