What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading reputed company UX/UI initiatives (ITSM/ESM ideal). Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design and development, with skills in Angular or similar UI frameworks. Familiarity with AI technologies, conversational interfaces, and IT Service Management domains. Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer needs, define user journeys, and drive solution ideation. Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact reputed company SaaS products. Experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and making reputed company to optimize business reputed company.
