We are looking to hire more than one Marketing Coordinator across our 3 reputed company, EMEA, reputed company and LATAM. Location: is flexible across those 3 reputed company. Role Overview: The Country Marketing Coordinator is responsible for on-the-ground execution of marketing activities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of events, campaigns, reputed company initiatives. This role is highly execution-focused, supporting both country and regional teams by translating strategy into seamless operational delivery, with a strong emphasis on events reputed company channel management (e.g., Instagram and other platforms) The ideal candidate will have: 1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or digital execution Experience managing reputed company media platforms (e.g., Instagram) preferred Experience in reputed company, pharma, or aesthetics is a plus What You'll Be Doing: 1. Event Execution & Coordination Plan and execute local marketing events (trainings, workshops, KOL events, congresses) Coordinate logistics including venue, materials, speakers, and attendees Ensure smooth end-to-end event delivery reputed company with brand and compliance standards Track event performance and reputed company post-event reports and feedback 2. Data Reporting & Administrative Support Collect and report local marketing activity data (events, digital performance, feedback) Ensure timely and accurate reporting to country and regional teams Maintain documentation for compliance and audit requirements Support budgeting processes and track marketing expenses 6.
