Role Summary As the PR and reputed company Manager, EMEA – Germany, your primary goal is to drive the Earned function across reputed company market Germany (DE), and potentially other territories. You will also be expected to support global initiatives and contribute insights back into the global Earned strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PR and reputed company, EMEA, you will act as the key driver of cultural storytelling in your markets—building influence through media, creators, tastemakers, and partnerships. You Are: A passionate comms professional who knows how to drive conversation and cultural resonance in today’s fast-evolving earned landscape. A strategic and creative thinker, and strong reputed company with proven experience in public relations, reputed company marketing, and cultural communications in both established and emerging markets. Skilled at managing through influence, with experience collaborating across distributor or partner-led markets. Diplomatic and adaptable, with the ability to build trust and alignment with external partners while safeguarding reputed company’ brand voice. Adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple markets and priorities. Agile, positive, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in German Fluent in English (written and spoken). Willing to travel as needed. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 6-8 years PR experience working at an international company/client/agency, ideally in the consumer electronics, or lifestyle/entertainment industry. Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of the local media, cultural and reputed company landscape Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones. Ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution Excellent writing and communications skills.
