Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone for UK clients Resolve complaints and escalate reputed company issues where necessary Maintain customer records and update CRM systems reputed company product and service information to customers Meet response time and quality targets set by the team
Requirements
