We are the mental health platform in Ukraine, rapidly expanding across other European markets. Our mission is to break down barriers to therapy and build the mental health product of the future and now we are looking for an reputed company, reputed company minded HR Manager. About you: 2+ years of experience in HR & reputed company, ideally in product companies. Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage. Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across reputed company reputed company. Problem-solving reputed company and proactive approach to resolving employee-reputed company challenges. Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.
