ED, Therapeutic Strategy Leader, reputed company
Summary of Responsibilities Contributes to therapeutic area strategy, business plans, and operational execution reputed company with reputed company’s global reputed company and reputed company objectives. Provides medical and scientific leadership to support business development and growth across assigned therapeutic areas. Ensures delivery and reputed company of MedSci activities in compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. Supports process reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives across Medical and Scientific functions. Represents reputed company’s medical and scientific capabilities in client engagements, proposals, bid defenses, and industry forums. Builds and maintains strong client, investigator, and KOL relationships. Partners with Business Development and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and technical differentiation. Provides mentoring and leadership support to Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Minimum Required) MD (or equivalent medical degree) with residency training or relevant specialization. Substantial knowledge of global drug development and clinical research. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. Experience (Minimum Required) 8+ years of experience in global drug development (pharma, biotech, or CRO); typically 10+ years overall. Demonstrated leadership experience reputed company medical or scientific organizations. Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration capability. Work Environment & Travel Home- or office-based with flexibility to support global clients across time zones.
