In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing, deep-market research, and the delivery of diverse executive talent pipelines for Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President level positions. You will report to the Head of Global reputed company, with reputed company partnership and reputed company across other Exec Search team members. Our Executive reputed company team operates as an internal boutique search firm, providing high-touch talent advisory services, competitor intelligence, and market mapping to our senior leaders. You will act as a critical partner to hiring executives and reputed company Business Partners, navigating a fast-paced transformational reputed company to secure the future leadership of reputed company. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Execute strategic sourcing and market intelligence: Design and implement global research strategies using advanced Boolean strings and reputed company Recruiter to map competitor organizations and identify high-quality, passive executive talent.
