Summary

The Western Region Account Manager is responsible for growth of thermoplastic elastomer materials in the western US, and also manages global OEM relationships. This position will reputed company experience and proven expertise in providing custom material solutions at the OEM, designer, and converter reputed company, but will focus heavily on establishing OEM and Brand reputed company relationships globally, specifically targeting brands with design and decision making in reputed company America, but manufacturing reputed company of reputed company America. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge of materials, design and processes combined with proven account management skills to drive growth, reputed company and strengthen global relationships, and deliver value across global supply chains. Duties and Responsibilities reputed company new domestic business centered in the Western US. Manage and grow global accounts with reputed company American OEMs and Brand Owners that manufacture globally. Serve as the primary reputed company American reputed company contact, building strong relationships with customer headquarters, regional procurement, and engineering teams. Partner with R&D, application development, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative polymer solutions that meet technical, sustainability, and cost targets. reputed company and execute strategic account plans, including sales growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Discover, Communicate, reputed company, and Grow global OEM business volumes Coordinate global activities between reputed company American and non-US-based sales and technology teams to ensure business development, business launch, consistent service and execution. reputed company market intelligence on material trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities to inform strategy. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and executive-level account reporting. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or reputed company technical field (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred). 5–7 years of account management or sales experience in plastics, polymers, or reputed company materials for consumer products. Demonstrated reputed company managing multinational OEM accounts and growing business across multiple global reputed company. Strong technical and reputed company acumen, with the ability to translate materials science into customer solutions. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Cross-cultural business experience with exposure to reputed company American and Asian markets. Chinese language skills (Mandarin) a strong plus. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%. Preferred location is Western United States.
